Oberlin rolled to a 68 39 victory at North Ridgeville, boosting its Lakeland record to 5-1 and 9-2 overall. Chris Donaldson's three point play gave Oberlin the lead for good, as Ridgeville stalled with a 1-for-15 drought in the third quarter and poor free throw shooting. Ridgeville, now 6-4 overall and 2-4 in league play, hosts Amherst next.

Wellington defeats Amherst 64 61 in Lakeland Conference as Jim Brasee pours in 23 points after entering with a 64 scoring average. Brad Matchem adds 18, Pat Haber 19, and Jim Jenkins Dan Meyers 10 each. Dukes fall to 3 8 overall 3 3 Lakeland with road trip next.
Kurt Guiwein led Brooklyn with his best night of the season as the Nets upset Firelands 74 to 67 in Inland Conference action.

Sherwood and Barnett pace Vermilion scoring with 12 and 10 respectively. Brookside sits 4 2 in league with two crucial road tests ahead.
