A 67 year old Cleveland woman says she shot and killed David Strickland 21 after police failed to respond to her first call for help. Strickland died early Friday. another 21 year old man was arrested. The prosecutor will decide on the shooting.

Ford to lay off 110 workers at Lorain and Avon Lake plants
