Westover Collects Winter Gear for Cleveland Shelter
North Ridgeville Councilman Gregg Westover delivered blankets coats and other winter wear to Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry's men shelter in Cleveland. He said he collected supplies in December after being directed to the large warming facility and plans to start a year round homeless veterans elderly and impoverished charity.
