Two juvenile boys ages 15 and 17 were taken into custody after police responding to noises at Meister Road School 3301 Meister Road saw lights in a classroom and youths rifling desks. They broke in by smashing east door glass, ran when ordered at gunpoint, one hiding under a camper nearby with suspected marijuana.
Douglas MacGillivray named Lorain County special prosecutor with William McGee as assistant and Alan Brew to continue in the Lorain investigation under an order by retired Judge Paul Mikus. MacGillivray to be paid 50 dollars an hour for trial prep and 75 for courtroom work. Brew and support staff similarly funded. total investigation budget set at 150000 dollars from county funds.
An $85,282 common pleas suit filed Thursday names Hilltop House Restaurant Inc and The Party Co Inc with Dave Lady Productions as defendants. The oral contract from May 1, 1980 covered six productions Oct 2, 1980 to Jun 13, 1981. Plaintiffs allege Hilltop breached by failing to advertise, blocking a November performance, and misusing a 4,000 customer list.
