Church Night At Eaton Church Holds Parish Meeting
Eaton The Eaton Church of Christ congregation will hold the first monthly Church Night program Sunday at p.m. Mrs Effie Carpenter leads the program with pledges for the parsonage building fund being received led by Lewis Grills alder and trustee. About two thirds of the goal is secured and pledges include cash materials and labor. The parsonage basement is excavated ready for walls and foundation. The Cape Cod style six room house will stand east of the church partly on church lot and part on adjacent frontage donated by Mr and Mrs B W Crowell. The building program marks the church centennial observance reaching 100 years.
