Heart Attack Fatal To Elyria Visitor
Charles E. Newby 68 of Pittsburgh died after a heart attack in Elyria yesterday afternoon. He had been visiting Cleveland friends and was at the Walton home in Elyria when stricken. Born in Wisbech England he had lived in Pittsburgh 50 years. Survived by two daughters a brother and four sisters. His body to be shipped to Pittsburgh.

Two Injured In Auto Accidents In Ely area
Two persons were treated at Ely tian Memorial Hospital for injuries from auto accidents Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Marion Sternberg of 406 Middle avenue received an elbow injury when the car she rode in, driven by James Golichen of 107 West street, was struck by Paul Herbert of 1012 Take avenue at Ledi and Furnace streets. LeRoy Ensign of R. D. J. Sullivan was treated for the loss of four teeth a fractured knee cap and lacerations after the car he rode in, driven by his brother George, collided head on with Harold Egeland of Lakewood at Middle avenue and Oberlin road. Fenders on cars driven by J. C. Lindville and Rev. Edwin Kirby were damaged in a collision on Third street.

Eight people lost their lives in Ohio traffic accidents over the week end. Ethel Carder of Lima and her two young children plus several others perished in crashes while travelers to Bucyrus. Death Sentence Commuted By Davey in Ohio
