Died As Pauper May Be Heir To Fortune

In Chicago a homeless man Benjamin Wycott aged 60 died of heart failure and lay unclaimed in a morgue as police probe old age yellowed papers. The papers imply he was nephew and possible heir to Florida real estate magnate Alexander Terwilliger, owner of a $5,000,000 estate tied up in litigation. Clippings say Wycott worked as itinerant machinist while Miami suits decide if he would gain wealth. A letter shows a wife and five children in Thomaston, Ga, estranged from him.
