O Neill wanted on kidnapping charges was shot by Toledo druggist Frank Ohler during an attempted holdup. Police say accomplices dumped the body from a car after fatal wounds. Identification came from fingerprints provided by St Paul authorities who linked him to the Morris Rutman abduction case from October 5.
