Boy Rescued From Cellar Prison in Cincinnati
Arthur Doebrich, 22, kept as a voluntary prisoner in his home for two and a half years, was rescued by police breaking a cellar door. He was found on a coal pile, overcoat and worn shoes, and later bathed and cleaned at General Hospital. His father Adolph Doebrich, 60, was arrested on abuse charges and arraignment was planned.
