County Board veterans recount school progress and reforms
Five long-serving County Board members recall policy choices during 12 years in office. They credit moving Ohio from 27th to third in school ranking and note litigation was limited to one appeals court case. Discussion covers transfer of territory, local boards’ authority, and east Cleveland’s East Technical High School example. The article ends noting winter indoor sports season starts after Christmas break.
