Elyria Municipal Court dismissed the case against Lorne J. Elbert Jr after Judge James P. Horn could not determine if an offense had been committed. A trailer with about 700 insulation bags, reported stolen in North Ridgeville, was found on Elbert’s leased property. The complaint cited Spray Foam Insulation owner Phillip Pavarini, whose title to the trailer was not properly transferred. The matter was left unresolved and the case dismissed.
