She directed and acted with Amherst Workshop Players for 50 years and held leadership roles in multiple arts organizations. Carl W. Dallas of Elyria died after a lengthy illness at EMH Regional Medical Center. He served in the Army 1953 to 1956 and worked as a custodian for Center Cleaning in North Ridgeville before retiring in 1999. Survived by wife Marilyn, children Joseph Resseger, Pat Dallas, Rose Resseger, Cynthia Hale, eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Burial with military honors at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Amherst Township.
