Man claims self defense in hunter shooting case
Carlisle Township man Todd A. Parker, 38, faces two counts of felonious assault after firing at Gregory Millard during a raccoon hunt on Parker's Oberlin Road property. Parker says he crawled under a trailer and fired after hearing bullets whizz by, claiming self defense. Millard was treated for a gunshot wound to the stomach and flown to MetroHealth. Parker remains free on $7,500 bond awaiting trial.
