School boards plan caucus and new officer swears in

Parks and Recreation chalk up 1977 gains in North Ridgeville
The North Ridgeville Parks and Recreation Department released its 1977 annual report detailing major openings at South Central Park and a nine diamond baseball complex on Sugar Ridge Road. New faces fill North Ridgeville city hall after meeting
North Ridgeville city council approved most appointments unanimously at the organizational meeting. Gerald Morris was re elected council president, Louis Kordish named president pro tem, and Patricia Dreger became council clerk. The only votes against were for auditor Donald Shupek and law director Carl Noll amid questions of qualifications and potential political factors.
