Bartholomew Lemkoff eighty of 935 Lynne Drive was struck by a car on Lake Road near Cove Beach while walking to Lawson's store New Year's Eve. He died at St Joseph Hospital about 7 20 p m. Semkoff was described as walking in the dark near his home. He retired from U S Steel Lorain Cuyahoga Works in 1958 after 30 years. He leaves a wife four daughters and nine grandchildren. Funeral services are set for Lorain. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
