Former Elyrian Kenneth Beach Dies After Highway Crash
Kenneth Beach 43 formerly of Elyria died at 12 20 a m in Good Samaritan Hospital Sandusky after a car struck an abutment on State Highway No 4 south of Sandusky Thursday afternoon. He was alone in the car and recently moved to Bellevue from Norwalk. He had lived in Elyria during World War II and worked for Frandler and then the General Motors plant in Sandusky. Surviving are wife Mary two children Allen Jr and Dale of Norwalk father Allen R Beach Elyria brothers Donald L and Russell E Beach Henrietta and sister Mrs Donald Linn Elyria Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p m from Kubach Funeral Home East Main Street Norwalk. Burial in Hester Cemetery Bronson Township south of Norwalk.

Robbers Hold Station Attendant at Red Head Gas Station
Three men robbed the Red Head Gas Station on West Bridge Street early yesterday, holding attendant C. E. Price at gunpoint. A single barrel shotgun was used to force open the cash register and $25 taken.
