First public tour of Nixon home draws 8000 to La Casa Pacifica
San Clemente California 8000 visitors toured La Casa Pacifica Nixon's seaside estate during its first public opening. The tour covered walls, roof, gardens and outer rooms with $2.50 admission none to Nixon. Officials noted no interior access and Secret Service security. The event marked San Clemente's 50th anniversary and Cyprus Shores housing.
