Wellington hit by new breaks in water line

Immunity sought for Ann Noske in child murder case

In Cleveland, attorney Gordon Friedman asked Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court to grant immunity to Ann Noske for her testimony about the death of her 4 year old son Arthur. Prosecutor John Corrigan opposed, noting the child’s body remains unfound and Dr. Stuart Kutler has pleaded innocent and is free on a $100,000 bond.

Columbia eases gas curtailments for large users Tuesday

Columbia Gas of Ohio will reduce curtailments for large commercial users and schools from 8 to 40 percent of normal supplies starting Tuesday. Small commercial users will have curtailments eliminated. The move follows mild weather and conservation efforts that reduced demand, with some institutions returning to near normal operations.
