Four Oberlin residents die in College Street crash
Four Oberlin residents were killed when their car crashed into a tree on East College Street across from the Lorain Lowly Children's Home. The victims include driver Larry Moore 25 and his wife Mary a pregnant mother of three. William Wheeler 27. Ervil Rutter 41 and his wife Evelyn 37. Moore, a plumber, was returning home with friends and family after a wedding anniversary celebration. The car skidded off the highway at a curve traveling at high speed and struck a large tree, with deputies noting the vehicle scraped the curb before the fatal impact. All four died at Allen Hospital Oberlin. Funeral arrangements for Moore are set for Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Cowling-Stang Funeral Home with burial in Westwood cemetery.

Raiders Say Marijuana Found Two Arrested
