Longtime Lorain dry cleaner closes after 70 years
Frank Pelusi, who ran Fashion Dry Cleaners on East 28th Street since 1947, officially closed December 31 after nearly seven decades. City leaders honored his service, recalling his ties to locals and a life built around the shop. Pelusi, in his early 80s, plans retirement travel to Italy and looks for a buyer willing to take over the building.
