Funeral services for Pfc. Frederick L. White, 21, killed in action at Leyte on October 28, 1944, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Keith Andrews Funeral Home. The American Legion and VFW will officiate. White, a Wellington High School graduate class of 1941, was a sophomore at Ohio University when he enlisted in December 1942. He is survived by his father Lee, grandmother Mrs. Fred Andrews, an aunt Miss Georgia Andrews, an uncle Robert, and other relatives. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
