North Ridgeville approves Betty Boyd for planning panel post
In a 5-0 vote, North Ridgeville City Council confirmed Betty Boyd 51 of Ronald Drive to fill the unexpired term of chairman Jon Hepp who stepped down. Hepp cited travel demands and family time pressures as factors in his departure aging 38. Hepp’s exit marks the third of five resignations since last August amid in-fighting on the commission.
