Contempt cited for no show by Cleveland attorney
In Elyria Ohio a Cleveland attorney Kirk Perry was found in contempt of court for missing hearings in a Lorain County case. Judge Edward Zaleski signed the filing and stated the contempt will be withdrawn upon payment of a $500 fine. Perry with Perry & Brooks did not comment. law clerk James Walther said Perry knew of the citation.
