Berea Slaying Hunted By Police After Home Invasion

Three ski masked gunmen shot and killed 45 year old Joseph A. Stanley when he tried to shield his 79 year old father during a home invasion at 212 Sprague Road. Frank J. Stanley and Catherine F. Stanley, 78, were injured and hospitalised in stable and fair condition. Police chief John Cook said the elder Stanley offered a general account from his hospital bed.
