Marvin mistress harassment case reaches trial stage
LOS ANGELES UPI The trial over Marvin v Marvin continued with the actress recounting weeks of calls from Michele Tricia Marvin, the former girlfriend now alleged to have spurred a property dispute. Mrs Marvin testified that husband Lee Marvin began paying Michele $833 monthly after their marriage, a claim the actor’s wife says is false. The suit seeks about $1.5 million plus punitive damages, while the defense prepares its case and the judge rules on adding fraud charges.
