Turks abduct airman at Ankara air base

Rail officials accused of manipulating assets

A UPI report says a congressional committee charged two Penn Central executives with using the railroad assets as collateral for a private investment club. The Penphil group parlayed an $18,500 cash stake into $83,500, backed by a $1.8 million loan from Chemical Bank of New York Trust Co. The probe centers on former CFO David C. U S Forces in Vietnam Reported Down as Cutbacks Continue
