Suspension ruled improper by board over towing incident
LAGRANGE The board of education ruled the three day suspension of Keystone High School junior Robert Zapotosky improper for not following proper procedure. The decision vacates the suspension and removes it from the student file after the administration signed the suspension slip improperly by Assistant Principal Larry Bowersox instead of the principal or superintendent. The Rev. Francis X. Cook represented the Zapotosky family and praised the ruling while the superintendent said he was satisfied.
