Tequila spill floods Louisville sewer system after unloading error
More than 1,000 gallons of tequila spilled into Louisville sewer lines at Brown-Forman Distillery after a worker tried to unload into a full storage tank. Spokesman Phil Lynch cited human error and said 1,500 to 1,800 gallons entered the sewer at a rate of about 100 gallons per minute. Fire and sewer crews diluted the alcohol as a precaution due to its flammability.
