They were turned over by Medina police after a statewide alert and are slated for release unless other charges arise. Auto Crash Costs Life Of Student
Charles Alan Sparks, 20, a junior at Ohio State University, died at Samaritan Hospital in Ashland at 11 p.m. Saturday from injuries after a car left Route 58 Friday evening in rain. Eddie C. Higgins Jr. of Lorain survived with a bitten lip. Sparks, born March 17, 1931 in Elyria, was a member of the RSDF club and Alph Tau Omega fraternity. Surviving are his parents and grandparents. Funeral set for Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Grafton road home, burial in LaGrange Cemetery.

King's Body Arrives At London

The Lorain county board of elections ruled six petitions for office invalid due to faulty nomination papers. Disqualified were two Republican sheriff hopefuls George Hanson of Elyria and George W.
