Body moving case heads to Friday court hearing

Lorain County Common Pleas Judge refused to dismiss charges against Adam Ortiz Jr. who is accused of helping move the body of 17 year old DeAndre McDowell after a May 16 2013 shooting in Lorain. Prosecutors said no binding deal existed though the defense claimed a promise of non-prosecution if Ortiz cooperated.

Two dead as housemate charged with Hinckley killings
