Man gets 15 years to life for sword killing roommate

31 year old John Cochran was sentenced to 15 years to life after killing his roommate 52 year old Mark Gershon with a sword in their Englewood home in May 2014. He pled not guilty by reason of insanity and must serve at least 15 years before parole eligibility.

Couple in Ohio plead not guilty to children's rape charges

A man and a woman charged in the rapes of their three children pleaded not guilty in an Ohio court. Authorities arrested the pair in Springfield and Portsmouth on counts including rape, gross sexual imposition, endangering children, domestic violence and intimidation of a victim.
