The Chronicle Telegram reports heavy snow and whiteout conditions in Northeast Ohio with a winter storm warning for Lorain County. Roads slick causing spinouts and rollovers but no serious injuries. winds reach 15 to 25 mph and temps drop to the lower 20s.
