UPI reports Marines ripped down a North Vietnamese flag in Hue as street fighting surged in Saigon and Hue. Bronze Star Awarded Posthumously to Cpl Elbert F Price Jr

Cpl Elbert F Price Jr. received the Bronze Star for heroic action in Vietnam. The medal was presented at his parents’ home in Grafton by Army officials from Cleveland. He previously served with the First Cavalry Division and was killed in action on November 6, 1967.
