Driver Bound 10 Grand Jury in Fatal Crash
Charles Barton of Spencer was arraigned before Justice Walter H. Watts on manslaughter charges after a Sunday night auto crash in Elyria that killed six weeks old Jo Pusateri and left his mother and infant badly injured. Barton was bound over to the grand jury on $1,500 bond. Pusateri is in Memorial hospital in critical condition with a fractured skull and pelvis. Barton's car struck Pusateri's car, causing it to overturn.
