Confession tape rekindles Holloway case in Holland
Dutch student Joran van der Sloot admitted lying about involvement in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance during a TV interview. Aruban prosecutors reopened the probe after viewing undercover material by journalist Peter R. De Vries. Holloway, 18, from Alabama, vanished after leaving a bar with Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers while on a school trip to Aruba. Beth Twitty, Holloway’s mother, traveled to the Netherlands ahead of the Sunday broadcast.
