The association highlights establishment of comprehensive center community clinics for outpatient care for the mentally ill in Ohio. The state now has 37 such clinics advancing state mental health measures.
Heavy fighting before the New Year truce left 250 guerrillas and three Americans dead as US and South Vietnamese forces pressed operations until 6pm local time. The clash followed Viet Cong and North Vietnamese assaults across the war zone with air strikes and artillery targeting ground positions near the Cambodian border.
Snow and freezing rain across northern Ohio snarled traffic with 20 to 30 mph winds and 3 to 4 foot drifts. Cities closed roads and reduced speeds as forecasts warned of more heavy snow, ice and dangerous driving conditions across multiple counties.
