A divorce answer was filed in Common Pleas Court October 29 by Charlotte Steinmetz against Oscar Steinmetz, denying claims of coercion, neglect, or abuse. Francis Kushinsky, 20, of 1904 Middle avenue, was arrested on an assault and battery warrant against Mrs. Florence de Lavars. he pleaded not guilty and was bound over to the grand jury in $500 bond.
