Lorain faces string of non random shootings in downtown area
Police investigate a spate of shootings in Lorain starting Tuesday after an 18 year old man was shot in the abdomen near Washington Avenue and Fifth Street. He was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland in stable condition. Witnesses described rapid gunfire and police searched for up to five black males in black clothing armed with automatic weapons. No suspects in custody.
