Damien Cheers of Lorain was sentenced to three years in prison and a five year license suspension for a 2015 fatal hit and run that killed 17 year old Jayvian Johnson on West 23rd Street. He pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide, failing to stop, and driving while suspended.
