Lorain woman charged after toddler's death in care
Lorain woman Summer Shalodi, 30, is charged with endangering children and tampering with evidence after 18 month old Nadia Nicole Gibbons died while in her care. Police say Shalodi notified authorities around 6:30 a.m. and reported concern about the child since 5:30 a.m. at her Driftwood Drive home.

Avon plans $2 million bond purchase for Creekside land
