EST bank declares cash and stock dividends
Directors of Elyria Savings and Trust National Bank have declared a 25 cents per share cash dividend and an 8 percent stock dividend. The proposal, to be considered at the March 12, 1980 meeting and subject to OCC approval, would raise outstanding EST stock to 400,354 shares. Cash dividend payable February 15, 1980 to holders of record January 21, 1980. Stock dividend would be paid around May 1, 1980 to holders of record February 14, 1980.

Buck Rogers star Tim OConnor wed for third time
Hollywood actor Tim OConnor who plays Dr. Huer on Buck Rogers is marrying for the third time. He and Sheila Maclurg, who live in Santa Monica Canyon, were wed last August after a year and a half of courtship. They blend two households with a large garage sale, renovate a spacious home, share sailing trips, and enjoy cooking together despite Nikki the cat resisting the new house.
