Dennis Roark 40 admitted fraudulently obtaining federal money while a surgical resident at Medical College of Ohio from June 1992 to July 1994. He had been in Michigan prison for impersonating a doctor based on forged documents and will be sentenced in Toledo in about 10 weeks.
