Briton in Beirut kidnapping bids for freedom
A British journalist kidnapped nine months ago released a videotape urging Britain to free Arabs and Moslems held in British prisons. He named countries for custody and urged action from Mrs Thatcher and the U.N. secretary general. Anglian envoy Terry Waite resumed efforts in Beirut.
