Lawyers drop suit in drowning case

Lawyers for Logan Spradlin's father drop a wrongful death suit over the 2009 drowning at the East Falls of the Black River in Elyria. Weekend chill lingers as storm exits region

Bus drivers serenade ill Ridgeville driver in cold drive

About 30 colleagues and neighbors stood in 15 degree wind at Deborah Drive in North Ridgeville to serenade a 49 year old bus driver for the school district battling illness. Marcy Hall praised the community as caring while the group sang Christmas carols.

Prosecutors seek adult trial for bank robber in drag

A teen suspect accused of a November 13 bank robbery at Chase Bank on Fairless Drive wore a wig, sunglasses, a pea coat, and a red shirt. Police and FBI report the note demanded money and claimed the robber was armed, though no weapon was seen.
