Judge Dismisses $8,000 Suit For Want Of Prosecution
In Elyria court Judge W L Wiesinger dismissed without prejudice the $8,000 suit by W J Maginnis against G Sadaris for alleged services to the Georgevale Theatre Co. The case, set for today, was postponed after Maginnis was reported sick. Sadaris’ attorney testified Maginnis was seen in Hamilton Ontario on Dec 14, and the judge noted lack of good faith. The judge will reconvene after Christmas to allow Maginnis to explain under oath and possibly reinstate the suit.

Frozen horses found on West River street
