Zaleski reviews auditor contract for hospital plan usage
Lorain Law Director Edward Zaleski said a review of a 241000 contract for computer services and equipment by Auditor Kenneth Koscho may take days. He and other city attorneys studied documents Friday as Mayor Olejko asked the Legal Department to examine whether council or the Board of Control approved the deal. Zaleski warned he could seek to halt payments if state law provisions were not followed. The items fund the city's self administered hospitalization insurance program run by the auditor's office.
