The November budget gap rose to 150.4 billion, the largest for November. With the 2011 tax-cut plan, deficits could reach 1.5 trillion this year and 1.2 trillion in 2012, the JPMorgan forecast says, boosting growth to about 3 percent.

Judge rejects Miller challenge to Alaska write-in votes
