An 11 year old Lorain boy admitted to negligent homicide after he accidentally shot his 14 year old cousin Frederick Tucker while showing a handgun. The plea changed from not guilty on September 23 to guilty Tuesday in Juvenile Court before Magistrate Gerald Strait. The boy and attorney Jack Bradley emphasized the act was accidental and not intentional.
