FE Leonard a noted Oberlin teacher died at his Eugene L Oni home after a night of trouble. He was a chef educator and longtime director of the men's gymnasium and professor of hygiene and physical education since 1892. Born in Darlington Wisconsin he studied at Oberlin College and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbus University. He also took physical training courses at the summer training institute.
