Vote fraud hearing set for Saturday in Ohio case
U.S. District Judge Joseph Kinneary denied a motion for a preliminary injunction and scheduled a rare Saturday hearing on the merits of a civil suit seeking to void Ohio's 25 electoral votes from the Nov 2 election. The suit alleges illegal ballots in Cleveland Cincinnati Columbus and Toledo and seeks to stop certification of Carter electors.
